IM faceplate: The New Kid on the Social Block
Introducing a new player in the Social Networking arena: IMFacePlate.
It’s actually kinda cool, IMHO, because it combines the social connection aspects of Twitter, Facebook and others with the article marketing aspect of Ezine Articles, Squidoo, and others (remember folks…links back to your site…very important!)
I like it’s hub-like feel…people can really get a feel for who I am, what’s important to me, how I serve others and what I offer. I’m thinkin’ it has some great potential as an introduction/overview resource, as well as another great way to connect!
Get YOUR IM faceplate and let’s connect!

This looks like quite a neat idea but is it me or does it remind anyone of LinkedIn? There is one thing that i’m not keen which is cold calling – or messaging mainly in the case of LinkedIn. I guess with so many social networks around it is already in high competition. I guess more research is needed into this to get a better grasp of the network. Thanks for the post! Its always good to hear about new networks!
